I'll do it if it appears that 1.1.4pre1 has problems. The idea is that
1.1.4pre1 has large changes, and such changes necessarily has small
problems (like what we saw in 1.1.3). Since these problems are usually
one-liners, releasing a safe update makes sense.
We'll see later.
