Yes.

Now I'm inclined to agree with Arnd that the binary distribution of
LyX for OS/2 should bundle ksh or ash.  In that case
#ifdef __EMX__
        PutEnv(string("EMX_SHELL=sh"));
#endif
in the start-up makes system() to use "sh" as the shell.
