Diffs for modification to allow Fraktur and Blackboard Bold fonts

Here they are. They were taken from the Dec 1 version of the  1.1.4cvs source:

In addition, you need a new subdirectory of the main lyx directory, 
called xfonts (attached below). This contains the Bluesky postscript
fonts for TeX (including fraktur, etc.). The install script must copy
this entire subdirectory to the ...share/lyx directory (where the 
X-server will expect it).
