Well...
The Literate support still works (I can read and process old literate
files).
But... The Import as Noweb is broken.

When I attempt to do the reLyX by hand, it works perfectly, so it's a matter
of what lyx is using to call reLyX.
It looks like lyx is trying to do "reLyX -n -c literate-{article" instead
of "-c literate-article".
I'll look at that code soon and see what I can find.
