jsv10.sty is loaded automatically (provides the setup info for 10pt
size, which is the only possible character size). Equation.sty is
useful to get the right spacing, but other than that those package
only provide extra features that LyX will probably not support
directly. So you might want to add only
\usepackage{equation}
in the preamble.
