I'm not your highest level expert, but these problems usually come from
an incompatible version of xforms and many bugs have been fixed between
1.0.3 and 1.1.2, most of them in 1.0.4. The xforms needs to be
compatible with your glibc version. Do not get 0.89 though. Stick with
0.88.
