Well the problem is probaly in the Postscript image and not in the
LyX-File so you probably would have to send your image too ;)
But as this is a known problem I try to guess. Your file is a normal
ps file and not an eps with a bounding-box. So you just need to trasform
it to a eps file. Try ps2eps.
