btw. I ran the user site through a validation engine at w3c. As you
can see I added a header to our pages decaling that we try to be HTML
4.0 loosly conformant. I am not quite sure why we fail the validation,
but it is not by much.

It helped me find some errors in our pages too:
lang mispelled as lange
a </font> tab misplaced.
I guess some of the same errors are in the devel site.
