sigsegv in lyx 1.0.4

on linux 2.2.12, glibc2.1.2, binutils-2.9.5.0.14, gcc-2.95.1; I caused the
crash by undoing when there was nothing to undo (in a large file). This
crash is repeatable.
Gdb reports:
0x401a4136 in chunk_free () from /lib/libc.so.6

If this isn't a known problem, then let me know what I can do to help
debug this.
