Amir and I fixed this.

The WWW user site is now in cvs.
www-user is the name of the CVS module.

So now Amir can begin merging in his new www php3 pages.

I have not set up auto checkout yet, but I will do that. I will try to
set it up so that on each commit there will be done an auto checkout.
If I can't make this work I will make a periodic checkout instead.
