RSN 1.0.4

If there are no last minute objections I will release 1.0.4 later
today, in the early afternoon.

I have updated the documentation and the text file. Gotten en new spec
file. So I think everything should be ready now.

The 1.0.4 to be is in cvs now. Please do a last minute check of it so
that I can be sure that there is now "paperbag" mistakes in there.
