Because of the change from using \listfiles to scanning the log file
for files used by latex, some other small changes had to be done.
LaTeX runs are now down to _just_ the needed number of runs.
I'd be happy if as many as possible would get the latest cvs and check
that nothing wrong is done for include/input handling.
If you think that latex is run to many times, to few times or not at
all, and belive this is a bug, please run lyx with "-dbg 129" and mail
the output of this and the latex log file from the temporary dir to
the this list. A minimal lyx file showing this fault behaviour would
also be very nice.
