If xforms bugs get too serious then I have some source code which means I
could affect a fix. Distribution is a major problem---since source is not
normally
avialable patches are no good and I probably should not pass the source around
in random directions. I would says lack of a source distribution is a serious
problem in itself--think trojans, etc.
There are other cute bugs I have experienced too, like one that is apparently
tickled if you bring up the math panel, open some sub panel and then close the
math panel. Closing the sub-panel tickles the bug. I do not rememvber the
exact manifestation of the bug, it was either a message saying xforms is
unhappy, a crash or both.
Maybe we should try to persaude the authors to provide a source distribution
on the basis we will provide fixes as required.
