Hello!
I'd like to inform you about possible bug in the last relaese of LyX.
Whenever I start for LyX for the first time and open my document (book),
issuing the command View DVI, I'm getting error where LyX (TeX) is
complaining: Text line contains an invalids character, pointing to the
line where is defined my input path.
The problem seems to be because my path has the form:
/home/mama/book/3.2 - it looks the point in directory name is confusing.
When I try with View DVI for the 2nd time, everything is OK.
The behaviour is reproducible with every new start of LyX.
It is not a big problem, but I have to confess that I have many crashes
with 1.0.4pre2, but I do not know how to catch them.
I just see SIGSEGV signal caught.
If I can be of some help in further debugging, please reply to email
because I do not follow this list regularly.
