The crash is due to the fact that your file contains the line:

%%BoundingBox: (atend)

and indeed at the end of the file, one finds:

%%BoundingBox:    47   193   552   590


Now the question is: how standard is that? Are we supposed to handle
this case? Anyway, LyX should not crash in this case...
