Finally!
I will work on this when I get back (see below), if Marc Mengel or someone
else doesn't beat me to it.
The good news is that it's latex2e, so it should be much easier to support.
We won't need fancy tricks for latex209 compatibility etc. The only issue I
see arising is supporting revtex 3 and 4 simultaneously. Well, we can worry
about that as it arises.
My wife & I will be in N. Italy (Hi, JÜrgen!) and Israel for the next couple
weeks, so someone else will have to answer revtex emails (or at least
explain why they're not being answered) for a while.
