DVI suggestion

As the current version of xdvi(k) accepts SIGUSR1 to tell it to reread the
DVI file, wouldn't it be good if LyX could send this signal having
completed a LaTeX run triggered by "Update DVI"? Probably a non-default
option until more distributions come with new enough versions of xdvi
(tetex 0.9 doesn't, for example).
