LaTeXConf

A very early implementation of LaTeXConf can be found at

http://www.netby.net/Oest/Europa-Alle/vermeer/lcf.tcl

with the help file as lcf.help in the same dir. (The same place also 
holds the neoprene stuff.)

All VERY preliminary. But you can get an idea of what I have in mind.
(And just in case I get hit by a truck tomorrow ;-)
