lyxmacros in amsdef.inc

Just to suggest an addition to the file amsdef.inc (in layouts). I added
at the end the line:

Input lyxmacros.inc

In this way I have comments and lyx-code styles in AMS styles too. If
you want to change amsdef.inc for other people too ...
By the way, I use lyx and I have convinced a bounce of people to use it
....
