In order to follow the documentation guidelines, you could mark all
macro names as C<...> in reLyX.pod and ensure that pod2lyx understands
this.
In the cosmetic departement, you could try to be fancy and translate
the quotes into smart quote insets.
Having the name of the program in bold is not really usual in
documentations. I understand that man pages like that, but maybe is
there a code you could use which only affect man pages.
