  I have send a patch directly to Asger, it is against 1.0.0pre4.

  There is one small (I hope so :-) remaining problem. I need to pass for
the textclass the top element of the document.

  Here are some examples:

(*) non-available at the moment, but very easy to implement with the present
code...

  Do you see my problem?
  Any hint?
  Generally (almost always ;-) Jean-Marc has good advices regarding
textclasses. :-)
