What I meant is that if we have an InsetEnvironment, it will be some
kind of a box, which implies a different interaction. Currently,
paragraphs are just consecutive, and everything is set in environments
in a more-or-less intelligent way. I'd like to keep it this way.

I think that with better .layout info and keeping the current
depth-based scheme we'll be able to describe most documents, as Asger
suggested.
