ok, having absorbed the ps information, I've updated the letterhead.
The special code for the first place works, but I have a spaceing
prolem on later pages
having previously defined \vheadadjust at -.75, I define
\lhead{
\vspace{\vheadadjust}
\hspace{\adjhmindent}
\underline{\usebox{\bignamebox}} \\
}
which placed the box near the top of the page, as desired. However,
there is a huge gap.
I've tried putting another \vspace at the end of the header, but this
just cancels everythign. Previosuly I made it all work by lying
about the size of the paper. How do I do it honestly?
