I use lyx since the early beginning and I'm pretty happy with it. So I would like to say thank to all of thoses how contributed to developp the tool I use to write all my docs. No I have a request related to PDF export. I'm sure there are user on the list that know latex better than I do but I would like to say that the last teTeX 0.9 release </http://www.tug.org/teTeX/> includes a pdflatex TeX->PDF converter that is nearly fully functionnal. The problems I have comes with current figure inclusion menu as the current interface impose postcript (eps) and that pdftex and pdflatex do not support eps inclusion but pdf with bounding blocks. There are tools on the pdftex home page to convert eps to (e)pdf. But so far I need to modify the exported latex by hand and use different graphic package. I would love to have the ability to include pdf with the relevant graphic package and use lyx to produce documentation in pdf directly.
