For programs initiated from LyX pipes could be used.
For external programs that want to speak with lyx sockets should be
used (at least not a namedpipe)
I think a new lyxserver protocol should be made.
To be able to test this, stuff in LyXView, BufferView, LyXText,
LyXParagraph (and others) needs to be fixed.
