Well...we already use code that is GPL so that will be perfectly ok.
(as a non-lawyer I don't too much about this nit-picking
legal-mumbo-jumbo)
ALSO in LyX 1.1.x then we have finished the toolkit independence work
and have a port to a true GPL lib we will remove the
modification/clearification to GPL.
