Vspace is already supported. \hspace should be covered in the
Layout->Paragraph->ExtraOpt popup. I do not really see why
width/height should be needed. What is needed is for broken pictures,
I guess.

It is not so simple, since you can have several figures in one
floats. So there is not a 1-to-1 mapping between the two. I agree
though that something should be done.
