I think this is a great idea, but I fear that it will not work in practice
because most of us don't have the time.  Personally, I have a job that I can't
drop, even if I wanted to.  I would think the situation is the same for others
as well.

Now, if you had told me a few years ago, when I was out searching for a new
job...
