Caret flashing

It would be most helpful if the text caret did not flash when the LyX
window doesn't have the focus; sometimes I assume the window does have the
focus because the cursor is flashing, and only when I start typing do I
discover my error.

This would be like the way in which xterm cursors become hollow in xterms
which don't have the focus.
