After moving to a new house I am back.
There is an attachment with all remaining patches to get literate programming
on Lyx. The patch was done against version 1.0.0.
Documentation is due this weekend.

Done for \literate_command and \literate_extension. The other three doesn'tneed to be
configured, i.e., doesn't depend on any program.

Done. Note that the message still there, since it is possible to someone
to add a button in toolbox to call this function. But the menu entryin the file menu
was
grayed out.
