As far as the LyX code is concerned nothing differs from UNIX
situation, since emx is Y2K safe (and 2038 safe as well since
time_t is unsigned, which does not conflict with the POSIX
specification). If you are speaking of the base OS issue,
then IBM has already released Y2K fixpacks for both Warp3 and
Warp4. Microsoft claims to have fixed Y2K problems in Win95
and WinNT but admits they are not fixed in Win98 yet.
