It only tells me about button press and release, not about doubleclicks
and such.
My favourite editor (nedit) manually checks for a doubleclick using the
time since the last click (I just looked that up). Perhaps that's
necessary.
BTW, I noticed doubleclicking in the filedialog quite often fails, because
you need to click so fast. To my mind, a 'slower' doubleclick should be enough
(but I don't know how to change it).
