Not only that, but it loks like you also removed the old email address
for me. Thanx, Mate!.

Aaaaaargh! I thought I had fixed this....

Actually, after I got this and Mate's other emails, I began banging on
sendmail.mc to try and get it to use the /etc/userdb I have set up.
[I've had it for a while]. I *think* I've managed to cajole sendmail
into using <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for the "Return-Path:" header. However,
the "Received:" header still lists "candide@ocalhost", despite all of
my attempts to the contrary.

Q #1: Will I still cause your mail-list software headaches, Mate?
Q #2: I do not own the sendmail book[tome], and the docs that came
with debian sendmail have been of limited help. Is it not
possible, using the rulesets, to redefine *every* occurrence of
"mylogin@locahost" to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"? If it is, could
some kind soul point me to said document describing said
          technique?
[P.S. - I've read both parts of the sendmail FAQ, the
cf.README, and the op.txt manuals. The suggestions therein
change only some occurrences of local login <-> email, not all
          occurrences in the header.]
