devel.lyx.org homepage?

I've edited the devel.lyx.org homepage a bit. Basically downplayed the crash
a bit more (since it's been a while since then) and mentioned the 1.0.0
release.

By the way, did someone forget to tell me about the 1.0 release? Or did Lars
just want to let a few people download it before the official announcement
to make sure there aren't glaring bugs?
