OK, I've re-re-written mailing.html to show the new mailing lists (again). I also included a note that we plan to change lyx-users soon. If a couple people could proofread it for spelling et al., that would be nice. Then asger can post it. I hope you like my formatting choices. If not, I could probably change them.
