Memory leak tracing - new software

Hi!

An alternative til Electric Fence, Purify et al is on the
street.  It uses different techniques than existing tools
so the impact on the running program should be minimal
at least compared to those programs.

I don't have any plans to try it out, but some of you
might feel in the mood:
