This time I tried mainly to work Larry Marso's extensive and inspiring remarks
into this text. This isn't really possible, of course; I will use some of the
things he wrote for the article I plan to write. Thanks for a lot of useful
material anyway!
I ended up thoroughly reorganizing the text. The previous still sits on my
disk, so I can back out. There is a risk that this doesn't converge :-(
Please let me know what you think now. Pretty soon (weekend) we have to ban
major reworkings and allow only point editings!
