ctests: categorize failures of Econometric_Society
This file was added recently and the failures do not represent
regressions.
The lyx2lyx failures might be LyX bugs, but it is not clear it's
worth the time to investigate (they only show up for export to
lyx20x). Just in case, I started an ML thread:
