www.netbsd.org. My own, ftp.rodents-montreal.org (which, despite the naming, does serve content over HTTP as well as FTP). Assorted others, though the list keeps shrinking; the only other one my memory gives me, pagat.com, seems to now have drunk the HTTPS-only koolaid.
