It talks about reinstalling LXD and how to deal with common issues.
I did not notice a "error: Invalid version format: Dnsmasq" before.
LXD installs and uses the package "dnsmasq-base". Which version do you
have? (run "apt policy dnsmasq-base").
Alternatively, LXD may try to read some version number, and instead of
a number, it reads the string 'dnsmasq'.
