Have been trying to build the pdf and html versions of the lxc man pages, but no success so far.
The configure command implies this is possible (--pdfdir=) and there are pdf/html targets in doc/Makefile. But, I don't see any invocations of docbook2pdf anywhere. Nothing I've tried so far creates pdf/html. Does anyone know if this is supposed to just work? Is there some other magic I'm missing?
