Hi Sylvain.

I had problem with the patch file (git use). Then I fetch/rebase only my
lwip git-repo today (hash = 4beacc4ca0b2dd166dd50b1b8614f87fe0b67516), ok?

The uptdated lwip code works fine here (VJ_SUPPORT=1)!
The question is about the "noccp"  parameter in pppd command line (VM#1, no
lwip stack). It seems that it does not make difference.
