Costco had this problem for a very long time, with DKIM being fine, but SPF 
issues:

   error client-ip=174.46.207.22; [email protected]; 
helo=ccintl1.wc09.net

 - it is less of a problem if servers don't enforce hard fails;
 - far too many spf rule creators end with soft fail, which IMO, means "we 
don't the fuck know what we are doing"...
