If you have no access to an expert on a topic then searching the web for a lecture may be a good option, other options include having someone learn enough to give a talk and having people just read about it to learn it. But if you have access to an expert the easiest solution is to just ask for a talk to be given matching whatever criteria you want. This also requires having the meeting in question on a day when the expert is available.
