I would expect the RAID configuration to continue to work following
the upgrade. I'm obviously not familiar with the contents of the
scripts, so I can't be sure, except to say that the Linux command line
interface and directory hierarchy tend to remain fairly stable across
distribution releases. If you have a good backup of everything, you
can always downgrade if there are problems, or resolve them after the
upgrade if they aren't too severe.
