I have the technical aspects under control. What we need is someone to find some people willing to speak and arrange a meeting. It's not technically difficult, just needs someone to do it who's not too depressed. I've had a working Jitsi server for weeks, ready to do stuff with it. Also I want to test at various levels of use.
