Done correctly the cabling can be very tidy, on top of this a landlord
is not allowed to limit the install of telecommunication services.

Mobile broad band is not a good solution for teleconferencing partially
for the person who is managing the it.

I suggest finding our from Aussie broadband what NBN service you can get
and requesting it be installed. The landlord can not stop it.

Aussie does not have a contract so you can have a service for 1 month
with no setup cost.
