You mentioned that you could not mount the drive and file systems.
Take a look at /etc/mtab but be aware that it might be a link rather
than direct, and owned by "root". That will show mounted filesystems.
You may have been trying to mount what was already mounted. Just a
thought.

Yes, I do know about chasing these quirks, I have "explored" the CUPS
systems, without the success I was looking for, yet.

I want to get to the workshops, but distance, finances and other
commitments have got in the way, so far.
