There are methods to change the UUID of volumes, create new UUIDs with
the uuid tool (or some other equivalent).
tune2fs /dev/{device} -U {uuid}
cryptsetup --uuid {uuid} /dev/{device}
- be careful, may need to adjust /etc/cryptab file and probably
recreate initrd as well.
I've not tested either of these though....
