It was just pointed out to me off-list that the format for names has changed.
I ran "iview-cli -p" again to get the new file name and then the following
command to successfully download it.
./iview-cli -d _video/news_ASTb_Tx_1304_rev2_650000.mp4
I normally use the gui, so the fetch of names is done afresh each time I
use the program.
It still needed the latest patches to deal with News etc.
